IcyTechie: [Lasers] Playing with Lasers #1: Making a Laser and Destroy a Phone Camera with it!

Today, we will make a laser pointer with three AA batteries and a laser head, and destroying a camera with it.



These are the materials that I used:

• 250 mW Laser Head x 1
• 3 AA batteries Holder x 1 (with a power switch)
• AA batteries x 3

Steps:

1. Insert the batteries into the battery holder.
   
   


2. Connect the red wire on the battery holder to the red wire on the laser.
   
3. Connect the black wire on the battery holder to the black wire on the laser.
   
   
4. Turn on the switch on the battery holder
5. The laser should light up.

You now have a working powerful laser!

WARNING: Laser Radiation. Do not stare into beam.

Destroying a camera!!

I will use a Samsung Galaxy Gio for this experiment.
